The difference

How your training changes.

At 20, training to failure worked. After 40, other things decide: tendons, recovery, hormones, protein. Here is what that means in practice.

FAQ

Good questions. Straight answers.

Who are the guidebooks for?

For men and women from about 40 who want to take strength training seriously – whether you are returning after a break or already training. Every guidebook has one clear goal (muscle building or weight loss) and one clear audience.

Do I need a gym?

The sample plan uses machines and dumbbells. The guidebook also explains how to build a safe routine at home with free weights by focusing on core movements.

How is this different from usual training plans?

Most plans and many studies are built around young men. Our guidebooks adjust intensity, weekly split, warm-up, rest and nutrition to what changes after 40 – and list the sources.

Does a guidebook replace medical advice?

No. Talk to your doctor before you start, especially if you have pre-existing conditions. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

How do I get a guidebook?

You order securely through Digistore24 and download the guidebook as a PDF. Read it on your phone, tablet, computer or printed out.

Are the guidebooks available in English?

Yes, the English editions are being rolled out. Guidebook No. 3 already exists in English – you can see the current status on its guidebook page.

When do the other guidebooks come out?

No. 4 (muscle building for women) is being finalized; No. 1 and 2 (weight loss) are planned. Follow us on Instagram so you don’t miss the launch.
